I could not access the project estimator tool for some reason.
Not quite sure what could be wrong. I tested it just now and it worked fine for me.
Make sure you are logged in, then depending upon what browser you are using, ‘right-click’ and ’save target as’ to your desktop (or some other place where you want the file.
This tool is an MS Office 2007 Excel spreadsheet. Please let me know if you have further troubles.
Using the ‘Help Desk’ is the fastest way to get service. Look under the “Home” tab.

Please let me know which tool you are trying to access, if you can successfully download it, if you have saved the file to your hard drive, if you can locate the file on you hard drive once saved, and what the name of the file is that you saved.
